My next addition to the family may be a Glock 34? I'm still thinking about it?

I would like to go with the Glock 35 in .40 S&W?
But the thing is I already have 16 mags for my Glock 17 in 9mm

How about a S&W 1911? How big are they? The pic I attached has a nice finish and a lot more of my favorite color in it :p Could I have it polished even more so it is bright like a sink faucet? I do realize that it will defeat the purpose of it being a concealed weapon but.... I like to look at myself....LOL

Ok I held a Taurus 1911 yesterday and I agree with my uncle, it felt huge in my hand. I think after practice I could grow into it quite nicely but until I build my skills back up I better start smaller. I'm not sure but I assume that the ammo would be more expensive than a smaller cal gun. I also looked at a Rossi 357 mag Model 462 2" barrel, used $350.00 and S&W .38 Spl. airweight, used $425.00. Is it ok to trust used guns or should I buy new. I think I'll wait to fire Julie's Ruger and Baretta before I make a final decision. Thanks in advance for anyones guidence.

Size looks like it would fit in my hand real nice.. but with out holding it I couldn't even begin to imagine if it would feel as good. However, it still doesn't have enough pretty chrome. Thanks for your input

Welcome to DeShooters
That's a nice looking Colt and some good shooting I would add :)

This was the first gun I ever bought. I have had it for 38 years. It's a Colt Government model; however, several years ago I sent it to Clark Custom Guns and had them work it over. It will do 2 inch groups at 50 yrds off of a rest. Got a target shot by Jerry Michlik when the gun was returned. It's one of my favorites.
